1. We discuss your requirements and give you a quote.
2. Order is booked in with a deposit.
3. After the first bouquet is made you get a photo ('if you're local you can come and view also).
4. After the ok, the rest of the order is made.
5. Final photos are sent to you.
6. Balance us due before postage or upon pick up.
