😲 HOLY CANNOLI 😲

😍 This challenge had me super excited because not only do I absolutely love cannoli but it was in my home town at Numero Otto who make the best cannoli ever. Michelle who started this business a year and a half ago serves some of the towns tastiest antipasto boxes, grazing boxes, pasta dishes, salads, desserts, sweet boxes and much more.

😋 I couldn’t wait to devour these sixty cannoli that consisted of twenty vanilla, twenty chocolate and twenty ricotta filled. Weighing in at 4.8kg this was going to be a flavoursome fun challenge that I would sure enjoy. I had my timer ready just so I could keep a decent pace going and get these pastry filled treats down without boring the audience.

👏 I had the pleasure of having Michelle’s family and kids there to cheer me on and give me the occasional laugh as I inhaled each cannoli. I had a lot of fun and I honestly think I could have comfortably put down another twenty of these mouth watering cannolis as they were Sooo Good!

👩🏻‍🍳 If you’re from around the area and have a party or special occasion then get in touch with Michelle who caters for all functions big or small.
