ABBIE & JAMES 05.04.2025 / /

These two tied the knot in the sweetest way, right in Abbie’s hometown of Dorrigo — a place full of childhood memories and now, the beginning of forever. The ceremony at Ridge Top Hideaway was breathtaking, with views stretching across the pastures of Mount Dorrigo. Pure country magic.

Then came the party… and oh, did it deliver! A proper country hoedown complete with a mechanical bull (yes, really), a cowboy armed with tequila-filled water pistols (legend), and the most delicious food sourced locally from the village. Every detail felt personal, playful and full of heart.

Abbie & James are the kind of couple who’ve adventured across the world, but always bring it back to what matters most — laughter, love and each other. Their day was a true reflection of that spirit.

EMMA & MICHAEL 16.04.2025 / /

Set on Emma’s family farm in Gravesend, this wedding was as heartfelt as it was unforgettable. The ceremony took place at the top of a hill with sweeping views of the property — and just as they said “I do”, the clouds opened up and the rain came pouring down. But instead of running for cover, these two legends embraced every drop. It was pure magic.

The evening that followed? An absolute vibe. Live music, personalised t-shirts, cheesy sing-alongs, disco balls spinning above a packed dance floor, and cocktails named after their dogs (yes, please 🐾🍸). Oh — and a margarita wall that had everyone talking.

The styling was effortlessly chic: black, white, and natural timber tones that let the love (and the fun) shine through.

Emma & Michael, your wedding was the perfect mix of elegance and chaos — in the best possible way. Thank you for trusting us with your day. It was one for the books 🖤

TONIGHT IS THE NIGHT // 💫

We are so thrilled to be named a finalist in the Mid North Coast & Northern Rivers Wedding Industry Awards again for another year!

Thank you to our amazing couples who voted us in both categories Event Planner / Coordinator & Styling.

Thanks to our wonderful group of staff who also helped make this achievement possible.

Fingers crossed we take out the 2025 awards for our region and get to participate in the National Wedding Awards where we placed TOP 3 in earlier in the year!

Huge thanks to for their support and helping shall businesses such as ours flourish. Great work from this organisation!

TOP 3 IN AUSTRALIA 😲

For those of you who have been asking how the went last night…. we placed in the TOP 3 Coordinator / Planner In the Nation Wide!

Such a huge achievement to my wonderful crew who have been with me every step of the way for many years now! I am so proud of each and every single one of them!

It’s been a rocky journey towards the end of last year juggling family life and running a small business and putting my family’s needs first which unfortunately meant I have had to take a step back in the amount of weddings I have taken on for the first half of 2025 but being recognised as the 3RD BEST WEDDING COORDINATOR & PLANNER IN AUSTRALIA has shown me that hard work does pay off and we will come back stronger than ever for the remainder of the 2025 wedding season!

My self & team couldn’t make the awards in person last night as Taio ( my middle little crazy boy) started kindergarten today but having the Without a Hitch girls come over to watch the live feed and celebrate my birthday was the next best thing!

What a birthday present! 🎁
Having the awards on my birthday and receiving the fantastic news of TOP 3 was a surreal feeling! Even better than placing Top 5 last year!

Thanks to everyone who has supported me and my business along the way in some shape or form….anything from sending leads our way or looking after my 3 boys so I can attend an event, washing candles or packing my boot multiple times when I am too tired to function… and even holding my hand during stressful times or guiding me through mental overload I appreciate every single one of you!

A huge team effort that wouldn’t be possible without these beautiful faces and of course the constant love and support from my family & friends ( and a special mention to my husband who is a solo parent most weekends of the year!)

Flash back to this beautiful couple who tied the knot at Coffs Harbour Botanical Gardens in November surrounded by their loved ones.

They had a rocky start to their wedding planning journey with Covid forcing them to cancel their original date a few years back and their original ceremony location shutting down shortly after.

This time around they decided to source a planner / coordinator to ensure there was no more hiccups and that Theo whole experience would run smoothly to allow them to enjoy every moment.

So when Sarah & Dylan finally said ‘I Do’ the cheers from the crowd was such a delight!
