Yesterday's 'All Black' themed Wedding Ceremony held at Corindi Beach Headland in Reflections Holiday Park with the beautiful Sam from Married By Sam as the Celebrant. Stunning location and although it came over quite dark throughout the ceremony we didn't get any rain 👌😁

Yesterday was spent unloading and tidying the van in order to load in 10 of the large 2m x 1m stage pieces and set of steps which I then drove to Clarenza (South Grafton area) to set up at McAuley Catholic College for performances today and tomorrow. I will then drive back up there tomorrow to pack it all down. Super grateful to have help to do it all as my back is still not 100% after injuring it last weekend 😓

I have a big weekend coming up with a whole heap of equipment going out so will be busy over the next couple of days getting everything prepared and may not be able to reply to messages that come through. Please bare with me as I juggle everything. I will reply as soon as I get the time 😁

I LOVE DOING THEMED PARTIES!!! 🤩

Yesterday I had the fun task of helping a friend out by setting up an 'Around the World/Travel' themed party at the Coffs Leagues Club for his sister's 40th.

The following supplied and installed by me:
⭐ 3.5m red carpet and Bollards
⭐ 3m wide white backdrop
⭐ 2m circle/hoop backdrop with an Organic Balloon Garland + the adorable Inflatable Astronaut
⭐ 7x world helium balloon bouquets
⭐ All the flags
⭐ A world globe (not pictured)

I love how this turned out 👌 Was a little time consuming and there were some very spikey plants up in the garden that I had to fight with to get the festoon lights hung up there but all worth it in the end ❤️

2 big days in a row! Numerous events and deliveries to do - events have sure ramped up since last year and I am busier than ever!!

Yesterday I was up before 6am to make up 4 helium bouquets for Coffs Harbour Public Schools event to farewell their Principal. I then loaded them and the 4 mini towers into the van and delivered to the school before 7:30am.

Came home and made up a garland for a client who had sent me her inspo pic and asked me to make as close as possible for a Baby Shower. She picked it up around 11am and then it was off to Coffs Showgrounds to set up a 6 x 3m Gazebo, 3 bar tables with 3 stools at each plus a 2.4m trestle table with white table cloth.

I then raced to my warehouse to load in 20 Malibu Chairs and my Bali Flags before heading to Hills Beach Reserve Korora to set up a sweet little Elopement Ceremony. While the ceremony was happening I delivered 12 Black Table cloths to the Plantation Hotel for an event they're holding this weekend then it was back to pack down the elopement.

Home again to make up 4 bunches of balloons and deliver to Papaveros at CEX for the Elopement celebrations then back to my office to load in a heap of chairs, bar tables and stools for 2 separate events being held today.

This morning I did my 1st delivery to The Playhouse just after 8am for a little girls 5th Birthday party.

I then drove to Urunga Rail with 60 chairs, my brand new Battery Pa & Microphone and a lectern for their Centenary event.

Home with an empty van so I could load in 8 Bar tables and 20 bar stools then back down Urunga to the Surf Club for their Presentation arvo/evening.

Last job of the day was a 60cm Gender reveal balloon filled with Holi Powder and Small balloons 💙

Today has been a busy one and quite a long day too.

I was up just before 6am so I could inflate 8 bunches of balloons and be at Aanuka Beach Resort just after 7am. Came home and ironed table cloths and draping for a home Wedding and then loaded the van and headed to Sapphire Beach to set up a Wedding Ceremony with 2 of my White 6m Bali Flags and the Natural 8m long carpet runner. I went for a little drive while the ceremony was on and then returned to pack down and then it was straight to the next Wedding Set up. 30 Malibu Chairs and the Bamboo Arbour for a home Wedding happening tomorrow.
Walked in the door around 5:30 and am going to rest for a bit before getting tomorrow's jobs prepared 😊

Well I survived my MASSIVE weekend and although there were a few hiccups along the way including getting bogged with a full van & trailer load full of 5 wine barrels from a Wedding I had just packed up, getting to a job 10mins before start time on a job that I usually require 40mins to set up because of getting bogged and then having to get everything set up in time and almost running out of fuel on the way because I was running so far behind schedule and literally could not spare 2 mins!!) but I got everything done and am very happy with how it all turned out 😍

ANZAC DAY 2023

I had the pleasure of assisting Nambucca Heads RSL Sub Branch with 100 chairs for the ANZAC Day Dawn Service on Tuesday.
A 3:30am wake up was no sacrifice compared to the sacrifices the soldiers made. I am by no means a morning person but for 1 day of the year I will make that sacrifice.
We arrived in Nambucca Heads at 4:15am to unload 100 chairs and then set them all up by 5:15am for the 5:30am service. It was then back at 10am to load them all back into the van and return home.

Today I made the trip to Grafton (Clarenza) and with Scott's help we set up 10 pieces of staging plus steps and attached the black skirting for a band performance happening over the next 2 days at McAuley Catholic College in Clarenza. On Friday afternoon I will return to pack it down before a big weekend of event set ups.
