Continuing a legacy of excellence, we were honoured to take home the Champion Victorian Winery award at the Melbourne Royal Wine Awards last Friday — a title our winery has now proudly earned three times in the last four years.

Since its inception in 1883, the Melbourne Royal Wine Awards have evolved into one of Australia's oldest and most respected wine shows, now attracting over 2,500 entries from 400 wineries across the nation.

We were also very pleased for being awarded Gold medals in two different classes for some our Chardonnays:

- Best Chardonnay (Chardonnay 2024):

📣 Great news! We are so excited to announce that our 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑 𝟖𝟔𝟒 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 & 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐲 has been selected for the Halliday Top 100 Wines for 2025, in the 'white wines over $40' category.

As one of the most anticipated lists of the year, the Top 100 is a true celebration of Australian wine's breadth and quality.

"From the Funder & Diamond vineyard, planted in Wandin East in '90. The '22 is the reigning Halliday Wine of the Year and this is, as you'd suspect, a worthy successor. With its bouquet of white nectarine, pink grapefruit and traces of sea spray and piercing, perfectly structured palate, this is more tightly coiled, at this stage, than the 864 Henk Chardonnay. NEW RELEASE - 2024 864 HAZELDENE BLOCK 1 PINOT NOIR

From the red volcanic soils of Gladysdale comes a Pinot Noir of astonishing depth.

The north-facing Block 1 of the Hazeldene Vineyard is a site defined by its aspect and pedigree. Planted in 1998, this block is known for producing fruit with remarkable texture and vibrant character.

The 2024 vintage has delivered a wine with a vibrant floral lift and a core of deep red fruit. Expect succulent raspberry and plum notes, layers of mountain herbs, and an elastic texture built on a latticework of silky tannins.

Vibrancy, texture, and a sense of place that speaks purely of its origin.

NEW RELEASE - 2023 864 HENK AQUEDUCT BLOCK CHARDONNAY

From the red volcanic soils of Woori Yallock comes a Chardonnay of power and elegance.

The Henk Vineyard's north-facing Aqueduct Block sits at 260 metres elevation. Planted in 2008, this site is known for producing fruit with remarkable intensity and depth.

The cool 2023 vintage delivered wines of vibrant acidity and incredible flavour. This release showcases an intense lift of grapefruit and exotic citrus, with notes of flint and toasted hazelnut. The palate is an explosion of white peach and finger lime, leading to a refined, seamless finish.

A wine of beautiful contradictions - generous yet refined, powerful but elegant.
