Decanting is a quiet act of care. It gently separates a wine from any sediment and introduces measured oxygenation, allowing aroma, texture, and balance to reveal themselves with greater clarity.

Did you catch us tonight, on - We were thrilled to welcome this season back to Levantine Hill for a special auction reveal.

Arriving by helicopter, the contestants gathered at our Fender Katsalidis–designed Pavilion, where each reserve price was ceremonially unlocked from a handcrafted Optume timber case, with an individual key.

In support of the contestants, we proudly gifted $250,000 in Levantine Hill wine for the winning auction bidders to enjoy.
