After much deliberation
And many people asking if I am doing the Christmas packages
The answer is YES let’s do it !
So here we are a little late I must say
I haven’t posted since last Christmas 🎅 OMG who does that crazy how fast the year has gone! And I am a slacker for not posting !
So if you are wanting one this year

Even if you have been in contact asking on packages just so your not missed
and what you would like on your menu
Pick up on Monday the 23 rd Dec for your Christmas feast to just finish it off !

And the half ham and pork package was the best seller last year !

Whole baked ham , injected with lime and maple syrup & glazed with ginger ,clove & orange !

Roasted pork leg marinated in fennel , carrot , rosemary & garlic
I will have this Cooked just under for you ready to reheat ! Plus the gravy of course !

For a new addtion , this dish has been so popular , we thought we would let you have it on your Christmas menu ! as it looks so pretty when all finished off a real show stopper when you bring it out !
# Whole roasted Moroccan marinated cauliflower $9 pp
served on whipped cream cheese & feta with roasted cashews finished with a fresh tomato dressing ! this is the bomb I just love it !
