Starting the 2024 season off with a BANG!

Our first marquee for the season was for non other than the absolute legend . Thank you Universe 🙏and thank you Dalyston Football Netball Club, we are so grateful! It’s going to be an epic season 🤘🏿

We had a bit of fun with our new friends Corina and Carla from on the weekend. We met at the Mornington Wedding Expo and when we got talking about all of our crazv animals at home. They instantly decided to come and “flower” them. Some look beautiful and some were really not too happy about the situation but either way we had to share.

Okay so I am more than a little bit excited about out sharing this one.

This wedding was such a labour of love for me that I had to bring in the big guns to make sure that every little styling detail was captured, and didn’t she do the most incredible job? A million thank you’s to the super talented for literally bringing the essence of this event to my screen.

For those of you who don’t know we have had a bit of a rebrand at Over the Top. In July we look occupancy of a new warehouse and purchased truck loads of new furniture and styling pieces. We have been so busy setting up, re-branding, re-organising, painting and creating on top of a busy event season that we haven’t really had the opportunity to show you all of our new stuff. And while this is not all of it, we are excited to show you our new farmhouse tables, copper fairy light frame and green vintage wall panels.

Oh and did I mention that we now hire out plants 🌿👏

The overall theme we were going for here was luxe rustic, what do you think?

I am so eternally grateful that she helped me bring this vision to life for Alana and Harry’s romantic autumn marquee wedding at - it was truly magical.

It exceeded my expectations in every way, thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏

This is the magic that happens when you take up one of our full ceremony styling packages. We had the arbor, signs and frames all custom made locally for S+T to ensure that this ceremony looked exactly how they imagined it to look. And I’m pretty proud of how it turned out.

So excited to finally share this with you. We have a new home 👏👏👏 our office and furniture is now located at 2/31 The Concourse Cowes. It’s just down the road but it’s all new and shiny….and well it’s maybe a little bit girly but we love it. Come and check it out and see all of our new things.

Oh and the other exciting thing is I purchased my first scissor lift (well two actually) and I nailed it on my first day. Girl power 💪🏻

Our family have just spent 5 beautiful weeks on our first ever trip to Europe.

We visited Ireland, Scotland, France and Spain. We indulged in WAY too much cheese, drank WAY too much wine and laughed our heads off. Our buckets are full, our bodies recharged and our creative juices are flowing once again.

I have promised new exciting things are coming and that they are. The new furniture has landed and I have just finished putting together a summer catalogue - hit me up for a copy. Our new marquee is ready to go and we are half way through moving into our new warehouse and office space.

That being said our internet and phones are still not quite up and running in our new home yet so please be patient with us while we recover from jet lag, find our feet and catch up on the emails. We will be in touch really soon.

Okay okay I know what your thinking….. this is the first post Over the Top have done in a while 🤔

The Phillip Island Rumour Mill has been running hot 🔥🔥🔥 and I know because I’ve heard it. We’ve sold, we’ve closed down, we’re not here any more - well guess what they are all lies! We are still here and in even bigger news, we have decided to stick around after all.

BUT expect a shake up!! Exciting things are happening over the winter break. I can’t reveal too much but watch this space.

If you want to book for next year please sit tight, I promise we will have everything ready to start taking even bigger an better bookings than before from the end of July.
