Another big couple of days, catering for 300 people at Lake Broadwater 😀 Last night was a Mexican buffet dinner & this morning was a hot breakfast… not a big of fan of the 2am start though 😬

Hi everyone! I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted but Is really appreciate you taking the time to read my rather lengthy post now 😊
So what a massive few weeks it’s been! The silly season has certainly started early this year. From weddings, epic 18th birthday parties, gala dinners, country racing to large 4 day conferences we’ve done it all!
My team & I have been busy busy & I honestly couldn’t do this without them! I really am one lucky gal 🤗
I literally have no photos to show for it but my heart is full & that’s all that matters 🩷
All of my staff at The Butchers Pantry & Southside Quality Meats all put in that bit extra to help where asked & I love & appreciate them all but Sophie, Kara, Rachael & Bianca you are the absolute bestest!!! I’m also very blessed to have one amazingly supportive family & I couldn’t do it all without you Robert, Emily & Katie 🥰
