Sunday Social!

Greetings to all our table tennis enthusiasts from last year! We are thrilled to announce that our popular Sunday Social sessions are set to restart on Sunday 28th April from 3 pm to 5 pm.

The event promises to bring two hours of fun-filled activities. It is open to everyone, including adults ($7) and individuals under 18 years of age ($5). Families can also join in the fun at only $12.

Whether you are coming alone or with friends and family, we have got you covered. Whether you have played before or never tried it out, we guarantee that table tennis is a sport for everyone regardless of your age or skill level.

Our hall has six tables, and we will be there to give you the right bat and get you started, as well as answer any questions you may have about our Club. You can also come and chat with us about Junior or Adult Coaching and Competitions.

We welcome everyone without any prior experience. You are never too old for table tennis - from pre-schooler to retiree, from novice to experienced, we have something for everyone. Tables, bats, and balls will be provided, so all you need are sports shoes with non-marking soles and a water bottle. We are an alcohol-free venue, so please bring your towel, and a smile!

Do you want to have fun, keep active and healthy, meet new people, and enjoy a sporting activity in a family-friendly environment with some music in the background? Then join us and turn off the computer and get off the couch!

The venue is Marrara Multi-Purpose Hall, 10 Abala Road, Marrara.

For more information, you can follow our page or visit www.revolutionise.com.au/dtta You can also contact us through email at [email protected].

21/03/2024

Harmony Day and World Down Syndrome Day are wonderful opportunities to celebrate the beauty of diversity and promote inclusion in our society. These special days remind us of the importance of embracing uniqueness and celebrating the differences that make each individual special.

Harmony Day is a time to come together as a community, regardless of race, religion, or cultural background, to promote inclusivity and respect for all. It's a day to celebrate diversity and foster a sense of belonging for everyone.

Similarly, World Down Syndrome Day shines a light on the incredible individuals who have an extra chromosome but also have an extra dose of love, joy, and resilience to share with the world. It's a day to raise awareness about Down syndrome and promote acceptance and understanding.

Let's use these occasions not only to celebrate but also to educate ourselves on how we can create a more inclusive society where everyone feels valued and respected for who they are. Together, let's embrace diversity, spread kindness, and build a world where every individual is celebrated for their unique qualities.

Anyone and everyone can inspire and advocate for inclusion, let's for women and girls everywhere!
