Flash back Friday! 🌟
Hard to believe 3 weeks ago we were in the Pilbara with the Kimberley Pilbara Cattlemen's Association delivering one of our favourite events of the year!
The annual Livestock Handling Cup held at Sandfire Roadhouse is now the biggest event of its kind, with 20 teams from across the Pilbara and Kimberley region participating and almost 120 spectators, sponsors and competitors attending over the two days to share, learn and showcase their skills and knowledge in no-stress stock handling.
Hosted by the Kimberley Pilbara Cattlemen’s Association, the Livestock Handling Cup builds capacity and skills of WA’s stockmen and women and helps young people build a career in agriculture and operate with best practice animal welfare standards.
AA&P are proud to sponsor this event each year.
Northern Lights NT Shane Eecen, where do we begin? ✨
He is more than just a supplier...he has become a dear friend to the AA&P team over the years. From his early days in photography to project mapping and light installations today - Shane is one of the most creative, passionate and hardworking people we know!
When we're asked to create a unique, show-stopping and fully immersive attendee experience, Northern Lights are our go-to! Shane has an incredible ability to see the potential in every room, building, vehicle or object for that matter. From stories, visual timelines, impressive graphics to moving art, with project mapping he can completely transform quite literally anything - it's the wow factor we're always looking for!

On a warm February morning in 1999, Claire Bell unlocked the doors to what would become the beating heart of Associated Advertising & Promotions, now AA&P.More than just four walls, our Cavenagh Street offices have been the home of our 25 year journey of ups, downs, triumphs and failures. We’ve laughed (and we’ve cried!) through early mornings and late-night client deadlines, to team building days, strategy meetings, Friday desk beers and thousands of conference bags packed! But, we have outgrown our little home! So we’ve packed up, bid farewell to our old office, and welcomed our new, bigger space – conveniently located just a hop, skip, and a jump away. Yes really, it’s just next door. We’re ready for the next chapter! (But what we're truly excited for is our new office kitchen, fully equipped with an air fryer and barista coffee machine!)Drop in and say hello anytime - we’re at Suite 33-34, 24 Cavenagh Street.
✈️In 2023 our work really took us places, literally!
🛣️The AA&P team racked up some serious miles across the country, delivering events in Far North Queensland, Central Australia, Western Australia and right down to South Australia!
💼With a suitcase full of great ideas and passion for what we do, carry-on baggage isn’t the only thing we take on our flights, with success in our events always being our first and last destination!
🏖️ As we reflect on 2023 and a look forward to 2024 we feel truly grateful to travel around this great country, doing what we love.
Tis the season… for Christmas Parties! 🎄
Over 80 businesses and local organisation representatives attended tonight’s end of year Christmas celebration. 🎉
A great night to celebrate so many of the incredible people that make our community so special.
AA&P are proud long term sponsors of Palmerston Regional Business Association Inc, providing event management and member support services. 🙌

Happy Global Meetings Industry Day!
Today we celebrate face-to-face meetings and business travel and the value they bring to industries and organisations across the globe 🌎
Business leaders tell us the most persuasive communication doesn’t happen through a screen—it happens when you meet face to face.
As an events agency, we specialise in helping organisations spread their message to a wider audience. We believe that face-to-face meetings are an incredibly powerful communication tool. They not only help to increase revenue, but also build awareness and establish long-lasting relationships and legacies that can endure long after an event or meeting has taken place.
Join us in celebrating the importance of business meetings, trade shows, incentive travel, exhibitions, conferences and events in bringing people, businesses and the economy together! 👏🏽

Last Saturday marked 5 years working alongside the team at NT Training, Skills and Careers on the annual NT Training Awards Gala Dinner. ✨✨
Hosted at the Darwin Convention Centre, this highly anticipated event caps off the NT Training Awards Program which supports the journeys of the Territory’s future leaders.
Our team had a ball working behind the scenes, it was an honour to witness the accomplishments of young Territorians and their mentors.
Good luck to the winners who will be receiving further training before they take on the national stage: Australian Training Awards 2022 which will be held in Adelaide later this year.
