“Without farmers, you’d be hungry, naked and sober” - Peter Marks, winner of the Ian Baker award.

An incredible few days working with the NT Farmers Association to deliver the 6th Northern Australia Food Futures Conference.

Almost 400 delegates gathered to share the opportunities and challenges, and plan a pathway forward for northern Australia agriculture.

We feel very privileged to be part of the industry, and to play a small role in helping to connect and inspire those who work tirelessly to innovate, build and grow a strong and sustainable agricultural future.

AA&P is working with Carers NT to bring you not one, but TWO charity golf days, and we want YOU to join us! Whether you're a Tiger on the green or just here for a good time, this is your chance to enjoy a fun round of golf while supporting an essential service in the NT. 🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♀️

Carers NT is a vital organisation that provides much-needed support to the unpaid carers in our community who play a crucial role in caring for loved ones with a range of health challenges, disabilities, and aging needs.

By joining us for these events, you’re helping Carers NT continue their important work and raise funds to support their mission—specifically to purchase a wheelchair-enabled Hi-Ace minibus for aged and disability care activities.

Last week, the A Team came together for a well-earned day of professional development and team building! After a very busy start to the year, it was the perfect time to reflect, learn, and reconnect.

We had the privilege of welcoming Sally Morris to facilitate DISC profiling, helping us understand our individual strengths and team dynamics.

With fresh insights, we then switched gears and unleashed our creativity with a paint and sip workshop hosted by Paint and Create Darwin at the Novotel’s Atrium bar dedicated to AA&P’s Chief Happiness Officer Beau —a fun way to unwind and bond!
This was the first time our team gathered since welcoming Anja and Paige, making it an extra special occasion.

Investing in our team’s growth is at the heart of what we do, and we’re grateful for days like this that bring us closer and set us up for success. Here’s to building stronger connections and delivering even greater events! 🚀

A huge shoutout to Charlie Bliss Creative for capturing the moments throughout the day.

🥂Out and about! 🥂

AA&P’s Anja and Sita had the pleasure of attending the Australian Business Events Association & VMA Networking Event at the Darwin Convention Centre —a fantastic evening of connections, collaboration, and inspiration.

It was wonderful to hear about the exciting projects everyone is working on and what's new in the industry. We truly enjoyed connecting in a calmer setting outside of the hustle and bustle of live events. Thank you to the Darwin Convention Centre for hosting us with delicious nibbles and drinks. 🌟

Day 2 at the Northern Territory Cattlemen's Association Conference – Behind the scenes with the team!

One of the reasons we love delivering events is the unique mix of adrenaline, problem-solving and teamwork. No two days are ever the same and there’s nothing quite like seeing a vision come to life. The energy, the people and the moments that happen behind the scenes are what make our job so rewarding.

We've got a jam-packed schedule – from tech & tea and the field tour to tonight’s welcome function, tomorrow’s conference sessions, and the highlight of the event – the gala dinner!

A shoutout to our newbie Anja, who’s jumping in and learning the ropes like a pro.

Stay tuned for more BTS snaps of our team in action!

That’s a wrap on the prestigious Northern Territory Cattlemen's Association and Charles Darwin University Ladies Lunch! ✨

What an incredible afternoon bringing together almost 200 inspiring women from across Australia. The venue looked stunning, the conversations were flowing, and the energy in the room was unmatched.

A huge thank you to our amazing local stallholders who showcased their beautiful offerings, adding a special touch to the event. From handmade goods to local beauty products and much more, it was great to celebrate and support Territory businesses.

We were also blown away by the generosity of our local supporters, who kindly donated 21 incredible raffle prizes!

And of course, the Social Playground Darwin - Modern Photobooths was a huge hit!

This lunch was the perfect way to kick-start three huge days of NTCA Conference events!

After months of planning with Northern Territory Cattlemen's Association one of our largest and most anticipated conferences of the year is finally here.

Bump in has officially started!!

With almost 1000 registrations, 87 sponsors, 66 exhibitors, and the new addition of health services from Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia, Prosper NT, Heart ofAustralia, and NT Breast Screening, this year’s event is set to be the most impactful yet.

Beyond the conference itself, the event will bring significant economic benefits to local businesses and the wider community, with hundreds of attendees travelling to Darwin from across Australia. Just some of the takeaways included using AI to:

Great to catch up with the Learning on Country Program team for the first steering committee meeting of 2025!

The steering committee meetings are an important opportunity for us to provide an update to the Committee and Coordinators on communication and marketing activities for the year ahead, and report on outcomes since the previous meeting.

We’re going into our 5th year working with the LoC team and we are very grateful to be part of a program that is making a genuine, long term difference and delivering outcomes in regional communities throughout the Top End!
