Peace, Love, Joy, Friendship, Good Health, Good Times with a feel-good celebration that we all need.

It’s a time for slipping on something elegant. A time to enjoy beautiful surroundings, good food and wine, in the company of friends and fellow travelers and even kicking up your heels a bit.

We are planning a splendid candlelit dinner featuring some of Australia’s best produce, including summer harvest from our Dairy Flat Farm and wines from our famed Lake House cellar, all hosted by our award-winning team.

After dinner the tempo increases in our own supper club with Champagne, an Amaro Bar, a cheese table and dancing (of course) till 1 am with our 4-piece band. Elegant, extravagant, and just a little over the top. Why Not?
