Today is National Diabetes day! Thanks to JDRF Australia they have made a campaign to turn schools blue for the day! It is about fueling their vision and mission to create awareness for a cure, prevention and treating T1D! And to create awareness for the complications and the difficulties for those living with it!

We can’t thank Deniliquin Early Learning Centre enough for their support and dedication they have put into today’s blue theme and also their willingness to participate in trainings and education to make sure my little Archie is safe!

As many of you know, my little boy Archie was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes earlier this year. In the 14th of November it’s national diabetes day and the JDRF are asking us to go blue and raise money towards research for T1D that will hopefully lead to a cure one day! Deniliquin Early Learning Centre and educator Alena Lee have made Archie’s life at care easy, they do a phenomenal job and cant thank them enough!

They have signed up to go blue for Archie and the centre is raising money for the cause! Any donation big or small is much appreciated in going towards a cure for my little man! 💙💙

On the 14th of November 2023 we are going blue for type 1 diabetes, please join our educators and Archie and dress up in your blue Gear - E.g blue hair spray, blue outfit ect.

This day is for Archie. Archie was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the start of the year and we have been along the journey with him and he has taught us so much about type 1.

We have also joined the GO BLUE DAY EVENT , to help raise much needed funds for the organisation too raise awareness for Type 1 diabetes.

With Archie being a Type 1 diabetic, carb counting and a strict meal plan is a must to keep my little man healthy! Lately I have have been having a lot of fun with Archie and Fred’s lunch boxes! They are all carb counted down to one decimal point, and even better, they are fun to make!

I made these for a big thank you to the girls at the Deniliquin Early Learning Centre for their understanding, patience and training they have had since my sons recent diagnosis of type 1 diabetes!

A 2 year old with type 1 diabetes is hard work but you guys have made the transition back to care very smooth and I can’t thank you enough for that!

I have not baked in a long time! It is my pas birthday tonight, what a good reason to dust off my tins! Thought I’d start off with something simple. A white chocolate mud, with layers of cream jam backed with yummy berries and figs! 🍓🫐🎂

Hello to all my beautiful sweet treat lovers!! Due to separation, I have moved home to Deniliquin with my two little boys, meaning I can no longer provide you with all your cakes and sweet treats!!

I just want to say thank you to each and everyone of you who have supported me along my journey and who trusted me to make treats for your special occasions.

Currently not taking any new orders! I have a very exciting new job!

I’ve have taken up a role in Mental health, which is a very close to home for me, I hope to give people the chance of recovery and healing like I had.

I’d like to say thank you to all my customers who have showed me tremendous amount of support!

I might take some orders here there. This decision wasn’t made lightly but I need to focus on my new role and my own mental health!

Only a week ago, a local family had to say goodbye to their darling baby girl at only a day old.
I will be doing a cupcake fundraiser for this gorgeous family where they will receive all profits.
