I've been getting all our meat from Pattisons Pastoral butchery and the quality and consistency is amazing!!
The other day I ordered a bulk amount of beef short ribs and OMG they were huge, I braised them for 8 hrs in a homemade braising liquid the used the juices to create a delicious sauce to finish it off!!! So delicious!

Our daily menu has some great choices to warm you up this winter!!!

Our Snitty burgers are made using freshly baked Hungarian rolls from our local bakers delight, chicken breast fillets hand crumbed daily with an infusion of our housemade spice mix, tasty cheese, sweet chilli Mayo, and fresh iceberg lettuce!! Only $13.50

Our Roast packs are a hit with a choice of either roast Beef or pork, creamy and cheesy potato bake, roasted pumpkin and carrots, steamed broccoli and Cauliflower, drizzled in a delicious gf gravy! Only $19!

Well!! Today was a great day for the Carp Diem event! Thank you to all who attended! This year was the inaugural event and next year we hope to build on it and develop more relationships with community organisations and anyone that wants to be involved!! We love DENI!! It’s a great opportunity to meet and work with people who have a similar vision!
