A ceremony that felt magical...

On a rainy day damp great Southern day, we gathered in a clearing in the forest...

Mae and Todd enlisted the pro help of Kimberly at , who has permits to create magical ceremonies deep in the National Park forests in the region. This lady has an eye for it! Dreamy, lavish touches.

Then they got photog genius to capture the moments.

At the helm for creating an intimate atmosphere where we all felt relaxed and ready to celebrate..

It was just pure bliss sticks!!

Abi & Nathan...

A snippet of their story; as told by me...

Thank goodness Abi didn’t stick to first impressions. As we all know, if she had trusted her first judgement of Nathan at that hockey game… well, we might not be here today.

You found each other funny, and apparently, Abi noticed some questionable — or was it confident? — dance moves.

Nathan, you were drawn in by Abi’s quick wit and her love of laughter. (And, of course, those exquisite dance moves might have helped a little too.)

That first date was set — a road trip to Walling’s Ice Cream during the summer break… in your little sister’s Fiat 500.

Things progressed well, and then came a night out with just enough Dutch courage to prompt a declaration of love. Of course, Nathan had to double-check the next day — just in case too many vodka lime sodas had clouded Abi’s memory.

What followed was a love that can only be described as: “The kind people are jealous of.”

No place like home...

I've been home a week now, after 4 months on Great Keppel Island...

Everyone asks if we are sad to be back???

Heck, no, we love where we live!

Plus, I missed marrying lovers in the Great Southern.

Kicked off this Saturday, gone with a fun, down to earth country crew, we had a ball.

Wonderful to see our family, friends, and loyal sheepdog Rusty!

Can't wait to see the weddings and ceremonies in store this Season 💍🩵💐✨️
