Did you know the yummiest pizza base quick and easy can be made with greek Yoghurt add self raising flour mix it and let sit for 15 min :)
For dairy free use coconut Yoghurt dairy free and self raising flour its amazing.
I cup yoghurt
1 cup self raising flour

Chocolate mud cakes with areo biscuits butter cream in between Yummo for a customer daughter :) now on to home made lasagna trays with lots of vegies for a few customers nice and easy lunch with some salad :)

Good evening all :) sorry I have been quite i have been flat out with catering and teaching kiddies how to cook from a childcare.

I have been flat out with catering for large groups :)

The last month I have been flat out doing cheese cakes and choc ripple cakes and catering for bbqs doing take away salads and group catering for diffrent schools.
I love what I do and I am very passionate about food :)
