Borage Flower 💙 (Borage Officinalis)

🐝 -Borage is a hardy, prolific self-seeding annual, well known for its striking blue star shaped flowers during the warmer months. They also have delicious flowers that taste like cucumbers!

🐝-The bees LOVE them and there’s many buzzing in our Edible Forest at the moment.
