Our talented team was part of the annual Ulton Race Day at Bundaberg Race Club on 30th August 2024. We had the pleasure to work with Amber on this special annual event, catering their guests with delicious canapes and desserts.
Bay Fusion Food Design has catered this event for Ulton for last 4 year and we look forward to working with them again for 2025 race day and future events.

On Saturday, 31st August, our team had the privilege of collaborating with Colin Fassnidge and the Taste Bundaberg Festival to cater the Mayor's Beach Ball at Jayteens Park Bargara under the Sperry Tents. We had the pleasure of serving over 200 guests at this event.

Bay Fusion has loved our trial at the Bundaberg Surf club. We have met some lovely people and enjoyed some amazing sunsets. Unfortunately, at this time, Bay Fusion will not be continuing the Sundays trading or accepting more bookings. We thank everyone for their support.

Christmas in July on Saturday the 27th July! 🎉🎊🍷🥂☃️

Meet Chef Russell, Tobias, and the at the Rusty Gate. With our winter Christmas menu, you can enjoy warm, spiced wine with citrus flavours or classic egg nog on arrival. Our function room will be full of Christmas décor, with bonbons on the table! 🎄🌿🎊

Walk the gardens and enjoy the sunset with a pre-dinner drink. We have five sitting times available: 5.30 pm, 6.00 pm, 6.30 pm, 7.00 pm, and 7.30 pm. Come early, then head to Crescent Street for the Childers Festival event.

A big thank you to Relish Food & Wine Festival for hosting the Bay Fusion Food Design Team this weekend! We had an amazing time showcasing our homemade pasta dough and cooking our classic fettuccine a la Carbonara. 🍝✨ It was a delight to see the other chefs in action, demonstrating their marvelous creations.
