Three layers of chocolate fudge, peanut butter and raspberry jam brownie, layered with Nutella, caramel popcorn, crushed meringue, toasted flaked almonds and shredded coconut, coated in whipped Nutella buttercream and topped with Toasted Swiss meringue, fresh berries, fresh lemon thyme flowers, more caramel popcorn, chocolate cookie crumble, more Nutella and a little gold dust to top it off!

I’ve been asked many times can I do healthier treats?
So I’ve decided to offer some healthier options to my range for anyone wanting something nice but not so naughty 😀
This week I will have on offer a small selection of Keto snacks, for those not familiar with Keto it is a diet that is very low in carbs so all of these treats are flour free and sugar free, I use natural non artificial sweetener and nut flours and nut milks and fats in place of dairy to keep carbs low, with the exception of cream cheese which is fine.
This means that anyone with gluten intolerance or in some cases lactose intolerance can also enjoy these treats. They are also safe for diabetics and and anyone just wanting to consume less sugar.
I will have a limited amount so be sure to message me ASAP with your order to avoid disappointment.

Thought I’d take a trip down memory lane with my cakes tonight. These are some of my favorites, each of them with its own reason. Whether it be the colour palette or theme or because it holds a personal connection to someone I love. I never used to think of making a cake for someone as art but I can understand now that it really is. I love how each creation is unique in its design and how you can see that each cake in a way has its own personality. Or maybe I’ve just spent too many hours thinking about how to make something beautiful from flour and sugar and it’s sent me a tad mad. Either way I really do love cake! 🥰
