I decided to take things a step further. Its always been about delicious beautiful food. Coming from a French background, there was a natural tendency to sway in this direction, and professionally I was mentored by a French Chef, who completed his apprenticeship with Maxim's in Paris. So therefore my menus reflect this style. However I have been able to lend my talents to many wide and varied

culinary styles successfully. I have traveled and worked in 3 states and reached position of Head Chef at age 21, in far North Queensland. Later I moved on to front of house and managed successful restaurants and then became a function co-ordinator. Later still becoming duty manager at the Vines Resort located in the Swan Valley. I turned down a marketing position offered by the Sheraton in Perth whilst holidaying in this region, then relocated, and have now called Down South home for sometime. This is where I chose to raise my family and share my love and passion for food. Jacqueline

Super fresh Coffin Bay Oysters for Cham and Ryan’s wedding . We had a sublime miso dressing , a tequila lime and chili dressing , a red wine shallot dressing and the usual suspects lemons Tabasco and cracked black pepper 🎉🤩🥳 what a fabulous oyster bar ! Served with roaming canapés , followed by alternate drop entree and main and finished with cake service with chantilly cream and berry compote . Honoured to be part of such a memorable event all round 🥰🤩 special thanks to my team who absolutely rock ! You are legends and I couldn’t do what I do with out all of you . Thank you 🙏

Some controversy :
The last King of France Louis XVI was killed in 1793.
231 years ago in the Early Modern Period !! According to History at this time Kings dinners consisted of breads and cheeses, 4 soups, roast meats, fruits , salted meats, eggs and he particularly enjoyed salad as History states.

So I'm intrigued to see what Guillame on Masterchef says was served to the 'King of France'. It looked quite elaborate and History doesn't seemed to record this change in culinary mastery at this time. Interesting.

Again our deepest thanks for Saturday night everything was amazing you and your team were amazing.
What I imagined and we received were on different levels.
Looking around after just the starters to see 14 clean plates was a sign we picked an amazing chef the food was amazing and exactly what me and Lana wanted.

You were amazing so talented you gave me and my wife the night of our dreams on our day.
