We're excited to announce that due to a period of rapid growth, Pure Catering & Carbon Base Catering are looking to hire passionate, hard-working individuals to join our dynamic team! If you love food, hospitality, and providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

We're currently hiring for the following positions: 🍴 Sous Chef (Full Time)🍴 Event Chefs (Casual) 🍴 Prep Chefs (Casual)🍴 Sandwich Section Team Leader (30 hours per week) 🍴 Sandwich hands (15 - 25 hours per week) 🍴 Delivery Drivers (15 - 25 hours per week) 🍴 Kitchenhands / Dishies (20 hours per week)

What we’re looking for:
Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
Strong work ethic and reliability
Experience in the role you are applying for
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What a year it has been! 😍

2024 saw lots of new clients, a new kitchen and a new team! In June this year, we acquired Carbon Base Catering and the wonderful team & clients that came with it! In December 2024 we are now one big happy family at Woolloongabba and are all looking forward to an exciting 2025 for both brands 🥳

On Thursday, Rachelle taught a quick masterclass in cooking at Broncos HQ to cover basic cooking skills and some nutritional meals that are easy for them to make in the off season at home! 🍴🏉

The aim was high protein, lots of colour and most importantly - super tasty 🤤🫶🏻

In our pyjamas, ready for a big weekend of Christmas parties, we found out that Pure Catering has been recognised as the winner of QLD independent wedding caterer at the !

Our business was independently rated by our wedding clients out of 100% across four criteria, and we achieved a remarkable customer-rating of 99.86%. Thank you to all our couples from the last 12 months for trusting us to cater your dream wedding 🍴 here’s to 2025!

Each year we get the help of the year 11 hospitality students and they learn the ins and outs of a 400 person alternate drop service.

Heart broken.

We are absolutely devastated for our couples booked, but most importantly - our second family / home The Lussh.

It's been a whirlwind since yesterday afternoon reshuffling, calling, texting, crying, hugging...

We are in awe of this industry rallying together and helping our couples find their new wedding venue. 2020 flashbacks are coming back hard & fast!

THE LUSSH x PURE CATERING TASTING NIGHT

A night to remember! 🤍

We teamed up with our dear friends at The Lussh to offer fine-dining couples an experiential evening showcasing Lussh's range of in-house styling in action and sampling the amazing wines offered by the venue for their wedding. This was paired with a 9-course fine-dining tasting including entrees, mains and desserts plated live by our very own Head Chef, Jamie Gemmell.
