As a Company during a pandemic the only way to thrive is to Adapt to the needs of others. This has been an amazing opportunity to cater for my local community and develop a new direction.

So with restrictions easing if you have wanted to have your birthday party, engagement etc. But you are still concerned about gathering people. Rest assured that we can supply a QLD COVID check-in point and follow the same restrictions as a restaurant while catering your event.
It's all about safety and peace of mind for you to have your family and friends taken care of.

*Lamb Ragout with rice and green beans (GF)

*Garlic, corned beef fried rice with papaya pickle (add a fried egg at end for best results) (GF)

*Chicken Adobo with rice

*Beef Pasta Bolognese

They are in 500g containers so if someone is not a big eater it would be enough for 1 meal and a snack

With. The lockdown lifting in Queensland it is possible to have that event you had been planning. 10 people per household is accepted. However with the COVID scan in, you can have more people up to 20 as long as you have enough space in your home.

We are happy to discuss with you to ensure everyone is safe and you can be assured that your event is run smoothly and safely.

With this ever changing environment we seem to be in at the moment, we have started working on frozen meals to fill the void of preparation. Over the last year we have been asked to develop meals that families can provide for their loved ones in aged and assisted living.

Meals will be $12.50+GST and we aim to continue a rotating meal cycle. Expressions of interest are welcome.

I got the opportunity to Meet Adrian and Lisa and fill their car with fuel. Adrian has recently had a tumor removed from his brain and on the slow and painful road of recovery. Lisa works as midwife and they have 4 children.
The cost of the operation was incredibly high and has left them overwhelmed and trying to get through everything as a family.

Kiran From 7/11 Eaton's Hill and I teamed together to help them with a tank of fuel and a bit of food to help out.
With over 7 years of helping I felt privileged to help them out and hope I can continue to do more if needed. Please remember as a community we have proven to really stick together. Every little bit we can do can change someone's life.

Another wonderful event. With some new additions to keep our clients happy. We pride ourselves in ensuring that our clients get what they want, not what we tell them.

The beautiful things about being Adaptable is when you get asked to cater for a weekend away. Beautiful NSW and never ending Food for the clients.

We love doing work Christmas parties. There is nothing better than a small gathering and plenty of food to relax into the night. This was a nice intimate group of 10 people. Most offices find it hard to find a caterer that will look after a small office size. We live for it.
