If your brain is prone to overthinking it might sometimes feel like a running engine that never turns off. Getting some respite from noisy thoughts can help to decrease anxiety and stress and improve sleep.
Sometimes just talking things through can help. Other times we might draw on therapeutic strategies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Somatic Resourcing and Relaxation and Mindfulness to help you feel more able to manage a noisy mind!
