Belinda and Daryl got married… finally!!
Held in the gorgeous bush backyard of along the banks of the Murray River.
Belinda loves peonies so we made sure they were at their best for the day in all the arrangements.
Coral Charm peonies toned in beautifully with the softer palette.

For Carlee and Brad

I love the opportunity to work with colour so was thrilled when Carlee requested this palette!

Rain, hail and shine this wedding was going ahead (after relocating due to flooding in Echuca)- and I think we managed to get in almost all three on the day!

Nothing could dim the smiles on Carlee and Brad’s faces when they finally said “I do”.

Second wedding for the weekend!
A subtle, neutral palette for D & K.

The star of the arrangement was one of my fave Grandiflora roses Vintage Blush, along with the prettiest gum that had a flush of raspberry on the edges.

After a few wet and cold days, the weather could not have been more perfect on the day!

Kicking off wedding season with an elegant wedding for M & C.

The floral arrangements had a garden style vibe in classic white and green.
With the inclusion of Aussie grown Grandiflora roses, sweet pea and stock flower, the bouquets had a gorgeous perfume.

The groom and groomsmen buttonholes featured frilly ranunculus and andromeda.

Fresh, big bunches of tulips and magnolia foliage in a mixed palette of white and soft pinks

Pop them in a clean vase with fresh water, snip their ends and change the water in the vase every 2 days and these pretties will stay looking fab for longer x

Fridays fresh flowers restocked , ready for the weekend!

I always look to the little details when choosing a variety of blooms for my mixed bunches.

In the berry and peach palette bouquets the carnations have tiny little pink flecks through them which pick up the pink in the tulips, thryptomene and chrysanthemums. The chrysanthemums have subtle peach tips in their centre that match the carnations.

In the sunflower bunches the white misty and wax flowers have pale lemon accents to compliment the bright gold sunflowers and flowering wattle ✨

Classic crisp white and green and beautiful copper and bronze tones.

The saying goes “say it with flowers” and I think these bouquets were speaking of my weekend plans.

I have cleaned the house top to toe today (crisp white and green is always looks clean and fresh) and I plan on relaxing with a good cuppa in a nice pocket of sun (copper/ bronze).

I love poppies!
They remind of the cool older cousin. Sleeps in, takes their time to be ready, dishevelled, but everyone is accepting of as they have come to know that’s “just them”…. because when they finally do rise and join us, they are so worth the wait x
