This is a unique sport, from ages 3 and up. Little ones being non competitive, right through to Masters. All teams from Tinies upwards being competitive.

These beautiful soloists hit the stage last night and did us all proud as always. Great work to Chelsea (HM) in the 12 year old graceful section. Well-done to Lhydia (HC) and Zoe (2nd) in a combined 15&16 year old Cali solo section. Huge cheers to Jade who placed 1st in the 15&16 year old graceful section and to Jorja (3rd) and Paige for their stunning graceful solos in the combined 17 year and Senior section.

Day 3 at Greater Valley Calisthenics competition ad we had success all round.

Our fabulous Juniors placed third in a mixed division with some very exciting results. Well done to Julie and her amazing team.

Seniors placed well in a very quick competition, narrowly missing out on an overall place. Awesome effort to Emma and her team is beautiful Seniors.

And lastly, our Masters took home runners up tonight in yet another close competition. Super proud of our Masters.

This means that for the while weekend, Rich River took out the overall aggregate! Well done to every one of our teams on their efforts across the whole weekend. Thank you must also go to our dedicated parents and cheer squads for your encouragement and support. We could not do it without you all.

Couple of weeks to revise and practise before we head to Horsham Calisthenics Competition.

This tired Cali girl is off to bed. 🤍💙🏆

What a day!
Tinies shone on stage this morning coming away with a 3rd and three 1sts.
Subbies went with a bronze vibe for the day and took out third places all round.
Inters came away with the win, receiving the aggregate in a very close competition!!

Well done Tinies, Subbies and Inters and coaches, Sue and Emma and all who helped put the teams on stage.

Thank you to our amazing support crew for your cheering!!

Soloists also competed today with some amazing performances across the board.
Jade (2nd) and Zoe (3rd) in their section.
Zoey (HM) and Ava C (HC) in their section.
Millah (HM) in her section.
Well done to Emma, Ava H and Lhydia for you amazing performances today too. You all represented yourselves and the club brilliantly. You showed the true reason we love our sport…the friendships and team spirit we make and share.

Tomorrow sees another day of team comps, kicking of with our Juniors, then Seniors and lastly our Masters. All the very best to the teams and their coaches. We look forward to hearing your results.

These two superstars have come away from the Bendigo Calisthenics Solo Competition with places in their respective divisions. Millah (coached by Emma) with a HM and Zoey (coached by Connie), a HC.

What a fabulous morning we had at our annual Mothers Day High Tea. Daughters, mums, grand mums, aunties and sisters all enjoy a selection of treats and numerous cups of tea. Huge thanks go to everyone who donated something to share, who helped in the kitchen, to our beautiful Inters for serving the crowd and to our committee for organising such an awesome event to honour or mums. 🌹🪻🌸🌺🌷🌻🌼💐

Our gorgeous Subbies had a fabulous time at Calisthenics Victoria State titles on Friday. Well done to you all on a wonderful comp season. We’re all very proud of you. ⚪️🔵👏🏻🌟

This next week sees all teams from Subbies - Masters competing over the next few days. Subbies are at CVI in Bendigo on Friday. Masters take the stage at Westside on Sunday. Juniors are at CVI in Bendigo on Monday and finally it’s our Inters turn for CVI in Bendigo on Tuesday. A very busy school holidays for us all. Then there’s only two more weeks until our concert!! Where did that year go??? Inters have had their final practise before CVI next week. They’re excited!!!

Our gorgeous subbies received their good luck gift from their coach Liz tonight. They look super awesome and are ready to hit the stage next weekend! #rrcc #letsgorichriver #livetoperform

Our masters are ready to hit the stage Friday week. They had such fun at dress rehearsal this afternoon. It’s amazing what putting your costume on for an item boosts your confidence and pushes you to do more. Can’t wait to see these amazing women shine on stage. #rrmasters #gorrc

Tonight the subbies had crazy bow fun in class. Everyone joined in and much craziness was had 😁 love our Subbies.

Cali camp. We’re almost there. What a fabulous weekend we’ve had learning hip hop, singing and gymnastics not to mention a new routine in mixed age groups taught by the inters. The weekend has been just what calisthenics is about. Friendship, fun and fitness.
