Part-time (2 days) Customer Service Position in Echunga
Do you want to work school hours? We have a position available on Monday AND Friday from 9 until 3
βοΈ Please only apply if 1-2 days work per week is enough for youβοΈ (although there may be potential for some extra hours during peak periods)
We are looking for a local, customer focused superstar to assist with phone and email enquiries, generate quotes on our software system, customer pickups and returns to our warehouse, receive payments, process returns, (involves counting, checking and cleaning, operating a commercial dishwasher) and other general duties to maintain equipment, and public and staff areas.
You will need to be physically capable of lifting boxes and other hire items, be computer literate, have a great phone and interpersonal manner, be able to do some simple calculations to advise customer on marquee sizes, quantities for events and be content to work alone for much of the time, so strong sense of initiative also required.
Other duties (and hours) may be expanded to suit the skill set you can bring to Adelaide Hills Party Hire.

When a family business takes a family holiday it leaves us a bit light on for staff so the OFFICE (only) will be unattended between 10 and 18th August.βοΈ

The crew has been hard at work today installing pavilions at Mylor for the annual Mylor Bonfire Night being held tomorrow! Rug up and head on down to this great community event tomorrow night.
Ooh, that's what we like to hear! π We understand that not everyone is familiar with planning events so our aim is to make things as easy as possible for you! π
Plus, having repeat clients and events makes our life easier too π

Is there a minimum order or amount?
We have no minimum amount when it comes to hiring but keep in mind when ordering that cutlery, glassware and crockery are hired in sets of ten. It is common for people to hire a single patio heater as the months cool down!

How soon should I place my order?
We suggest that you place your order with us as soon as possible to secure your items. If you are not 100% sure on the items you need, don't worry, we are happy to work with you and alter quantities as your date approaches.
Lest we forget 2024
This weeks events include a drive to the Riverland for the True Grit - Military Inspired Obstacle Challenge; The Australian Lions Hearing Dogs Open Day, and a Funeral... just to name a few. We are not just about weddings, although we have some of those this week also.
That should keep our crew busy for a while, and clock up a few kilometres in the vehicles π

It's a busy week for our crew, with so many events happening in the hills over the Easter Weekend including the Meadows 4 Day Easter Fair, the Oakbank Racing Club Carnival, Easter Camps and a few of the usual private weddings and events.
