We are camp oven caterers and love cooking in our cast iron camp ovens. In between our catering jobs we are exploring this beautiful country and shooting cooking videos and covering the campsites we stay at. Camp oven cooking and camp oven recipes is our passion. We also attend camp oven competitions and have a lot of fun.

That’s a wrap up for the year, 3 weeks away camp oven cooking. First Millmerran, then Chinchilla for 350, then a get together in the most beautiful northern NSW for 200 last night. We had a lot of fun cooking with a very experienced Rory McLeod who treated us to some beautiful dishes/recipes the nights before.

Anyone interested in being a camp oven cook for a droving trip next year May - August. It’s about 87 days - Longreach to Roma. 30-50 people breakfast and dinner each day. We just can’t commit to all of it at this stage but could share the load. All supplies provided, just cook the food to a good standard. Pm for more details.

Back to back Australian Camp Oven Champions and people’s choice winners. Massive thanks to the Millmerran Camp Oven Festival and the huge team of Volunteers. Thankyou to all the crowd who we had the most fun interacting with, answering hundreds of questions, lots of samples and heaps of wonderful feedback and encouragement. We also spent time enjoying awesome camp oven food Thursday night prepared by legend camp oven cooks Michael Patch and Rory McLeod and Sunday night with King Brown.

Another beautifully set country wedding done. Thankyou for having us. 130 serves of mains and dessert using our enamel. The feedback was overwhelming, pressure was on to do their home grown meat justice. Onto this weekend now to serve up 400.
