We are camp oven caterers and love cooking in our cast iron camp ovens. In between our catering jobs we are exploring this beautiful country and shooting cooking videos and covering the campsites we stay at. Camp oven cooking and camp oven recipes is our passion. We also attend camp oven competitions and have a lot of fun.

Looks like our macadamia encrusted barramundi in lemon myrtle butter inspired ranger Nick on 7mate with Paul Burt. This was our highest scoring dish at the Australian championships for the second time. This year ranger Nick was one of the judges on this dish, he went back for thirds and wanted to know exactly how we did it. Cooked first by our partners in crime Troy and Therese Palmer.

That’s a wrap up for the year, 3 weeks away camp oven cooking. First Millmerran, then Chinchilla for 350, then a get together in the most beautiful northern NSW for 200 last night. We had a lot of fun cooking with a very experienced Rory McLeod who treated us to some beautiful dishes/recipes the nights before.
