Earth Driven Collective is excited to launch our new Catering business "The Chef's Garden Catering". The same vibes and creative expression, inspired by the garden with what mother nature generously provides.

With the opening of The Chef’s Garden Cafe last year, we thought it was time to bring some of The Chef's Garden into homes & out into the community.

Private in home chef catering
Wedding & function events
Corporate, club & team building days with cooking classes, garden tours, talks & lunches at The Chef’s Garden cafe

Have you ever made a compound butter?!
Compound butters are awesome, imagine a smoked lemon & dill butter over a crispy skinned salmon fillet, served with a steam green salad & pomegranate dust.
Maybe a salted macadamia & honeycomb butter over some fresh pancakes, with a rosella compote & choc mint garnish
Come up with your Flavour combination, soften your butter, mix it through, mold it into shape & set in the fridge.

For that special presentation, roll in edible flowers, sesame seed or maybe a dukkha spice?!
Our mind can take us to amazing creative spaces if we let go of the need to stick to a recipe x let your mind explore the possibilities x

I’ve always dreamt of making a dish purely from everything I’ve grown in my garden.
The garden is where all of my emotions are channeled.
If I’m having a bad day, feeling deeply in my anxiety or depression, or if I get in my head and tell my self stories, I dig deep into the soil & feel what I’m feeling with nature. I listen to the bee’s, watch the butterflies, dragonflies & lizards hanging out in my oasis. I look at the colours from each flower I’ve planted, and smell the herbs, spices through the oils on my fingers
Then, to the kitchen, where I live my life centered & connected, where my feet are planted.
On the bad, sad & happy days.
To share food, is to share my whole being, it’s my chefs garden
