After five fabulous years, we have to say goodbye... (for now)

Can't even begin to thank you for the amazing support and love we have received from all of you for all these years โค๏ธ

A way of expressing the leanest cuts of meat in their raw form.

It's one our favourite dishes for an interesting dinner start back at home, in Italy ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น

As game meat lovers, and I decided to use one of the most delicious meat offerings discovered here in Oz... kangaroo ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ

Our Canguro Tartare, tempura quail egg, pumpkin emulsion, smoked paprika crisp, dill and lots of love โค๏ธ

Having a seasonal menu that changes every two and a half months is what brings us more joy, fun and pride as a boutique restaurant...

It's so overwhelming that, sometimes, we forget how old and unchanged dishes are what shaped what we are today ๐Ÿ™

There is one particular dish that hasn't changed, nor has been ever taken off the menu since we opened in 2017 and it's the most beloved by new and regular customers, young, old, Aussies, Italians....

Slow cooked baby octopi "alla buzara" in soft polenta and homegrown herbs
