RBCC Debutante Ball โจ
Over two big nights we fed close to 700 people in Parkes. Delicious roast pumpkin tart with our house-made puff, melt in your mouth beef cheeks, honey roast blackberries with vanilla meringue were just some of the yummy-ness on offer.
Thank you for having us for such a such event and our staff for working so hard as usual. We couldn't do it without our amazing team.

Our first wedding back for the season was held in Parkes. These guys scored an absolute stunner of a day! I can't believe how lucky they were.
Canapes, delicious duck spring rolls, pork belly, lamb racks and beef fillet..... what a menu!!

Butchers meals will be delivered this morning, Friday and Saturday we have the RBCC Deb Balls and our very first wedding of the season aswell in Parkes โค๏ธโค๏ธ
It's lovely to be busy and thank you for all your enquiries the last few weeks. 2025 is shaping up to be a big one!
Little country chicken hand-pies will be available from 8:30am tomorrow at Eugowra Quality Meats. They even come with a pot of tomato relish... perfect for lunch!
Salads are back!!!
This delicious charred zucchini, risoni, almond and green goddess salad is dotted with fresh rictotta ( sorry... forgot to order the mozzarella!!) made with milk delivered this morning! So fresh and so delicious!!

Curried lamb hand pies + minted yogurt. ( I can't even explain how delicious these are... this fresh curry leaves, popping mustard seeds ๐คค)
Creamy pesto chicken and macaroni bake with a delicious crunchy top.
Im going to try my hardest to get some sushi made aswell.

First up... Double 21st at the lovely Bendick Murrell. What a stunner! The sky was turning it on and the cold didn't deter these party goers. We love seeing a shearing shed covered in disco balls!!
