These are the first summer holidays in over 6 years that we haven’t been so busy prepping for horse riding clinics and holiday programs,
Whilst in one breath I’m so excited to be a present parent and spend the holidays with my children, in the other I’m so deeply saddened and lost to not be spending it with my other family, making kids smile, feel motivated, feel accomplished and feel like part of a family here at Three Rivers…..

They say when one door closes another one opens, I’m sure whoever they are, is somewhat correct. However I’m Struggling to see the opening door, maybe it’s around the corner or maybe I just don’t want to see it or I’m not ready to?
For the past 8 years Three Rivers has been my baby, my heart and soul, and my entire life,
it got me through some of the absolute worst and hardest days of my life, it also created some of my best days and moments!!

I’ve met so many people and made so many friends along the way, not only was it my job, but my social life too.
I pulled my sign in today for the final time, and just thought I would take this moment to thank each and everyone who made Three Rivers what it was, and for supporting me and my kids through it all, couldn’t have done it without you!
I will miss you all, please don’t be strangers, Send a message, give me a call or pop in to visit -

Super sad to have said our goodbyes to miss Lena today, who has been a part of riding school for almost 5 years! We loved having her with us , and she will be really missed by all! She is reunited with her mum and sister and my dear and very special friend ! Thank you

To my valued past, present and future clients.

I write this with an extremely heavy heart and tears flowing. unfortunately we have been left with no choice but to close the doors of Three Rivers Horses permanently as the neighbour got the council involved with regards to sharing 400m of gravel road with us and my clients. We have been friendly and approachable and very respectful since moving in, and if only he could have reciprocated.
We have researched all economically viable options and haven’t found council particularly concerned about the loss of such a community based operation.
Over the past 13 years of my horse riding lessons I have witnessed the therapeutic benefit time and time again. You and your kids have become like family to me.
I will still do my best to make the council aware of how important a concern like this is so letters of support would be appreciated and can be emailed to [email protected]

Stay tuned for our last get together as we farewell Three Rivers Horses.

To My Valued Clients,
It is with sadness that we have decided to suspend our regular lessons after school holidays (for the time being), due to the current dispute over the shared easement/driveway.
Hopefully we can resolve this in a timely manner.

Back to back sleep overs! Needless to say tired kids and instructors, but so much fun ! All smiles and happy exited kids and adults !! (I think we had as much fun as the kids )
