Todays event parking is located on the grass overflow area of Fagan Park. Hornsby Council charge $6 per vehicle. Please follow the direction of event staff when entering and exiting. When leaving the venue out of the main entrance Arcadia Road you are to turn left and when leaving the overflow exit you are to turn right on Arcadia Road. This may cause you a few minuets extra of travel but will assist in the flow of traffic. We appreciate your understanding.

It's going to be a hot one but the Carols by Candlelight - Fagan Park will be going ahead. We will be monitoring the weather conditions continually and liaising with officials in relation to the weather. Pack an esky full with ice water and lots of ice, there are bubblers in the park so you can refill your drink bottles. Wear protective clothing, remember a hat and sunscreen, while at home today, make a paper fan to bring with you to cool yourself down, whilst sitting and enjoying the fantastic entertainment we have lined up.

Today is the day!

We are so excited to bring you Carols by Candlelight - Fagan Park. We are watching the weather and yes it is going to be hot, particularly at 4pm, it then looks to cool down as the event goes on.

A few things to remember: Bring a hat, pack lots of frozen water, wear sunscreen - but if you forget head to the Community Bank Galston stand, they have some. You can bring camping/beach chairs to sit on and don't forget your picnic rug and nibbles. We do have a pizza & gozleme truck and we also have ice cream and snow cones to purchase.

The main area of the event is the natural amphitheatre grassed area in front of the pond - the stage is set up at the base of this area. We ask that in this section, no tents or marquees as this will block the view of other guest but if you are happy to enjoy the event from the outer areas of this section, then this may be an option - let's chat and see what we can do.

If we get rain - the show will go on - unless it's too dangerous. We will take a short pause and ensure the area is safe to proceed then will resume.

Lastly, this event has been produced by 2 local women who love our community and we are really excited to bring this event to Sydney's Number 1 park - Fagan Park. I am Katie, come and say hi and Danielle will be on stage so make sure you give her wave!

Tomorrow from 4pm, join us for Carols by Candlelight - Fagan Park. We have a wonderful event planned. Arrive early to secure your spot. Don't forget your picnic blanket. Parking for this event is on the grass area, enter through Arcadia Road Entrace and follow signage. There is a council charge of $6 per vehicle - carpool if you can!

Heading to Carols by Candlelight - Fagan Park tomorrow? If you live close by, we recommend walking on the pathways there - please stay to the path and watch for vehicles. Coming with a group, carpool is highly recommended and arrive early. Parking is allocated within the park on the grass overflow area at the main entrance. Horsnby Council charge $6 per vehicle to park wihtin Fagan Park.

It's looking like it is going to be a hot day tomorrow. Remember wear sunblock and a hat. Have a small hand fan? might be a good idea to bring that too. Pack some extra drink bottles full with icy water and there are bubblers around the park to refill. We will have an ice cream van onsite!
