Festival of Sails 2023

The Royal Geelong Yacht Club is thrilled to announce the dates for the 2023 Festival of Sails – Thursday 26th to Sunday 29th of January, 2023.
We look forward to welcoming sailors back to Geelong for four days of world-class competitive sailing on Corio Bay. After two years of pandemic induced restrictions, we also look forward to a return to a comprehensive and exciting program of activities along the Geelong Waterfront.
In 2023, we will celebrate the 180th anniversary of the iconic Melbourne to Geelong Passage Race on Thursday, 26th of January 2023. We anticipate a record number of boats joining us for this historic milestone.
Further information on the 2023 Festival of Sails will be shared in the coming months, with a Notice of Race slated for an August 2022 release.
We look forward to seeing everyone in January!
