As the weather warms up and more events are happening each weekend, it's crucial to be aware of the products used for face painting. Just because the paint claims to be "non-toxic" doesn't mean it's suitable for faces. Acrylic paint can cause skin irritation and serious damage if left on for a significant amount of time.

With many schools, daycares and businesses hosting end of year/Christmas parties myself and fellow Geelong based party/event entertainers have seen an increase in people using craft paints and craft glitter which may pose risks.

To ensure the safety of the young and young at heart, hire a professional that uses only the highest quality, cosmetic grade products and has insurance! Or if hiring a professional isn't within your budget, purchase some professional FDA approved supplies.

A Decade of Experience: I've been devoted to the world of working with children for over 10 years. Witnessing their growth, curiosity, and unique personalities has been a privilege.

Education & Certification: I hold a Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care and a Cert 4 in Education Support, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills needed to provide quality care and support for young children.

Dog Lover: I have 2 beautiful fur babies, Houdini and Aayla. Both girls are super spoilt and keep both myself and my partner busy (Dylan more than me since he works from home doing IT)

It's been a while since I've been active here! Life had its twists and turns, with my full time work and personal reasons taking centre stage for a while.

Since its been a while and I have new followers I thought it would be a great idea to reintroduce myself and my a wide range of exciting services.

Hi everyone,
I know I said I was back from a mental health break afew months ago, but unfortunately that time back didn't last very long.
Over the past few months I have had a lot happen in my personal life and decided it was best to stop, temporarily close and spend some precious time with family.

Unfortunately while having some really exciting news and moving house (which is stressful in itself), both my partner and I got some heartbreaking news about people we are super close with on both sides of our family. Family means so much to the both of us so the hospital visits and seeing/hearing about the treatment and new daily routines that these family members are dealing with is really tough.

I want to thank everyone so much for their patience! Not only was this all so unexpected, but it all happened at once so it felt a tonne of bricks was falling onto me and when I thought there was an end to it all and a light at the end of the tunnel, more bricks fell.

I'm not sure where to start with the messages as there are so many to get through and I'm not sure who is still interested etc.
If you are still interested please send me another message to bump up your message. Otherwise I think what may work best is if I start with the newer messages and work my way back as the older messages are most likely for dates that have already been.

Thanks again for your patience and thank you to the people that reached out to make sure I was alright after seeing I needed some time off for my mental health and then that I was temporarily closed.

Over the past few weeks I took an unplanned mental health break that ended up being longer than the few days I thought I needed. I unfortunately was both mentally and physically exhausted due to my full time position supporting students with additional needs and very major behaviours in the classroom which resulted in me being more exhausted than usual so I wasn't able to respond to messages properly or be active on my page like I would have liked to be.

I apologise to those that have been awaiting my replies and thank you for your patience. If you're still wanting to move ahead with your enquiry, please let me know. I will be making my way through the unopened messages over the coming days now that I am feeling up to it but please note there will still be a delay as I get through them all.

When booking parties/events don't forget your deposit.

All party/event bookings require a deposit (unless started otherwise)
Your deposit is due within 48hrs of receiving payment details (due time is also stated in the message with these details) to secure your time and without it, your chosen time will be given to someone else if there is someone on the waiting list. I no longer send out reminder messages so to ensure you don't forget and miss out I recommend payment is made right away.

I am now working full-time in a primary school so my services are no longer available to book during school hours.

On Sunday not only did Kayla (Miss Millie Moo), Ebonie and I raise money for an amazing cause at Geelong's Market4Heartkids featuring Two feet & Heartbeat Walk. But we met the amazing family behind Sensory Kingdom and learnt why they do what they do and the heart-warming story behind their logo.

We were overcome by emotions because we had made these girls so comfortable in our space that we were rewarded not only with stickers, sensory toys and long conversation but what none of us was expecting, hugs (not just one hug each but multiple which is a major thing)

We always want everyone to feel comfortable in our space and it was such a special feeling knowing that we made this neurodiverse family feel so comfortable by just being ourselves. This will be a moment that none of us will forget and we have definitely made some lifelong friends.

We raised an amazing $260 this year ($550 in 2 years) for HeartKids!

We are so excited to be back again this year and we hope to raise even more this time around. $2 from every face we paint will be going to support children and families through their journey with CHD.

New pricing alert!!

Due to the rising cost of supplies, petrol (really just everything) and my new qualification in education support, my prices will increase slightly as of October 1st.

Any booking made before October 1st will still be charged at my current rate so make sure to book your party in before then (even if it's for December)

I will also be offering a brand new service beginning in term 4. This will be announced very soon along with its pricing.

Face painting is 11:30-2:30 on Mondays and Wednesdays and balloon twisting is 12-2 on Tuesdays. I look forward to seeing everyone's smiling faces 🙂

Sorry I haven't been responding to messages or I have been responding really slowly. Over the past week I have been juggling placement in a school, work, study and my life responsibilities. I get home late and hardly have a chance to check my phone for messages before heading to bed to do it all over again!

My full week of placement is now over so I will now be able to get back on track. (I will still have a day or two of placement, two days of study and work seven days a week so please still be patient)
