“She glittered 'til the end.”

Through wild weather, glitter explosions and thousands of sticky little fingers, she stood strong.

Her hinges and joints may have failed, but she never failed to spread joy and smiles to the children of Geelong.

While we say a heartfelt goodbye to a kit that’s truly done it all, we find comfort in knowing she was an organ donor. Parts of her will live on in my brand-new setup. (Construction begins soon, so stay tuned for updates!)

It's been through glitter explosions, heatwaves, rain, wind, sticky fingers and more face paint than I can even begin to count but after hundreds of parties, markets, fundraisers and school events my face paint kit has officially reached the end.

It took a big fall 6 months ago and the wind at bookings since then has sealed its fate.

It’s sad to say goodbye, all the hours my dad and I put into building it and making adjustments but after around 7 years of bringing colour and sparkle to Geelong’s parties and events, it’s time to retire the old kit.

Now misshapen, cracked and a little (okay, a lot) worse for wear. But don’t worry, this isn’t the end. A new kit is already in the works!

Happy 5th Birthday, Flossie!
Thank you so much for having me at your Hello Kitty party on Sunday. I can’t believe you’re already five!

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of celebrating birthdays with this family for the past four years and it’s been so special watching the family grow and seeing all the kids grow up each year. It honestly means the world to be part of these moments.

A friendly reminder that today is the final day to lock in your party or event at my current pricing!

From tomorrow (June 1st), there will be a price increase across all services and packages. If you’ve been thinking about booking for a birthday or event, now’s the time to get in before prices go up.

To secure the current rates:
You must confirm your booking details by 11:59pm tonight (May 31st)
You’ll then have 48 hours to pay your deposit.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received. After 48 hours, the date will be released if unpaid and if you choose to rebook, it will be at the new prices.

Among the Spiderman, dragon, butterfly and unicorn face paints, there were two random requests. An avocado and a tomato! Two things I’ve never painted before.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by for face painting at the Creators & Craft Market Bannockburn on Sunday! It was such a great day despite the wind. Unicorns were definitely the favourite once again!

After nearly 3 years of keeping my prices the same, it’s time for an increase. From June 1st, my pricing will be increasing to better reflect the time, care and experience that goes into every booking. I also want to make sure I’m supporting other local entertainers by charging fairly and not undercutting anyone.

New prices will be:
Party Entertainment services starting from $100 per hour
Babysitting (when I return to taking bookings) starting from $30 per hour

If you’ve been thinking about booking something in whether it’s a party or event now’s the perfect time!
Any bookings confirmed before June 1st (even for later in the year) will be locked in at current prices!

Hi my name is Brittany and I'm a 23 year old non smoker/drinker pet friendly early childhood educator that has a passion for caring for and educating children as well as making them smile. I have had over 7 months experience in child care centres and kindergartens in all rooms. I have also been hosting children's parties since 2014 and I have been babysitting for around 4 years with experience with children aged from 7 weeks and up until 15 years.
