Booking a conference with us? Here’s a sample menu of what you might be enjoying 👉🏻
Morning tea could be a cherry tomato, goats cheese and balsamic tart with pumpkin scones topped with smoked date jam and crème fraiche.
For lunch, depending on the conference package you choose, you might have either classic ribbon sandwiches or a maple pumpkin bowl with beet hummus. There’ll be a salad for sharing, like our fresh leaf salad with smoked almonds, Persian feta and orange, and the option to add a sweet.
In the afternoon mushroom falafels with hummus may be on the menu, served with raisin cookies.
Tea and coffee is served all day, and their are options to add one of our platters, like the seasonal fruit.
