Let’s talk about Mother’s Day flowers.
As we are now taking orders for Mother’s Day, which is this Sunday.

Delivery is available throughout all of the Macedon Ranges and Sunbury.

Delivering on Saturday the 8th of May and Sunday the 9th of May, all day.
Cut off for orders is 5pm Saturday!

We also offer pick up from the studio, here in the heart of Gisborne, if that suits you too.

All flowers are grown by Australian farmers.

Flower choice is limited this year.
We are encouraging preorders, this will enable us to purchase the flowers you would love for your mum.

There are also chocolates, candles and cards for an add on.
We look forward to creating for you.

Scent Florist began in 2014.

I have been working with flowers since I was 16.
I fell in love with my floristry after work experience at my 2nd cousins store Flowers Naturally in Russell St, Melbourne.
I started my apprenticeship in 1997.
I worked in the local area and suburbs in Melbourne gaining knowledge from masters of the trade.
In 2006 I opened Buds & Stems in Kyneton and sold in 2012.
I developed lots of knowledge buying from the market and developing great relationships with growers, who I still deal with now.
That year I also planted my first sustainable florist garden in the front of my property here in Gisborne.
I worked in the wholesale side for a 1&1/2 and learnt about international trade and how product arrived and was grown locally to Melbourne and interstate.

In 2013 worked for a couple of local florists as a freelance.
In late 2016 I decided to branch my own business and specialize in funeral and corporate work.
Now in 2022, as my business has grown I decided, to offer my own product as well as local and Australia wide grown.

I love creating new concepts, so I’m currently planning my layout for my new side garden to complete my whole garden.
I will grown everything based on seasonal availability and have unusual rare perennials/annuals and also have natives, beautiful foliage’s and bulb based product like frilled Tulips, Peony, Hydrangea and David Austin Roses.
I’m really happy to be able to offer the local community sustainable product.
Life is about happiness and my goal is to make a difference in people’s life through my creativity.
