Love notes from Elise & Thomas 🕊️ | Elopement Experience with our team at Petrichor Estate ✨

‘Alicia was wonderful! She was super enthusiastic, helpful, responsive and flexible. Working with her meant that all of the details of our wedding ceremony were taken care of, without us having to deal with researching vendors, coordinating schedules, contacting separate vendors and communicating changes to them. Alicia took care of everything, which meant our flowers, photographer, venue, accommodation, seating, hair and make-up were all organised. All of the vendors that Alicia works with are absolutely amazing, we would give them all 5 stars and would recommend them to any couple! The venue, Petrichor Estate, was recommended by Alicia to suit our needs for the day. It was pet friendly and incredibly beautiful, we spent the most amazing 4 nights there. There were a few aspects of our wedding which deviated from the “elopement package” offered by Glass House Country Weddings – i.e. we had slightly more guests and wanted to bring our own celebrant, as he was a friend of ours. Alicia was super flexible here and deducted the usual celebrant price from the package for us. We certainly weren’t entitled to any of this but we really appreciated her flexibility. The day itself ran incredibly smoothly, with a relaxed, happy atmosphere which all of the vendors contributed to. Alicia helped the ceremony to run super smoothly, setting up all of the chairs, loading up the music, giving cues where needed, and organising/handing out our confetti. She also took lots of behind the scenes content and made an absolutely beautiful video from the day, which she turned around super quickly. All in all, it was the perfect day and we couldn’t be happier that we chose to put it together!’

As elegant outdoor wedding specialists, not only do we work with a select handful of unique property partners, but our package experiences or myself as your Planner or On The Day Coordinator can also come to you at your own Private Property.

In fact, I do not recommend hosting a Private Property Wedding without a Planner or at minimum an On the Day Coordinator.

Private Property weddings are a different kind of beast. You need an experienced professional to manage all of the logistics, vendors, floorplan, run sheet ex*****on and to ensure everything flows seamlessly on the day.

Your planner can also troubleshoot and act as that extra set of hands should anything arise on the day.

Close access to power, water and restrooms are also often details that can be easily overlooked until the last minute.

Hiring a professional ensures none of your family or friends enjoyment is compromised and you can relax knowing that everything is in capable hands.

Leaving these elements with someone else, can cause a lot of unnecessary stress and overwhelm.

It has been said that people don’t often value the work of a planner or coordinator until their wedding day. They are the glue that holds everything together and are worth their weight in gold!
