Happy Lunar New Year 2025!
2024 year of the Wood Dragon (me) was one of my most challenging years. It had highs and lows and some extremes! What was yours like?
2025 year of the Wood Snake 🐍 (or little Dragon) predicts love, happiness, with good luck colours of gold, green and red.
My couples are already wearing green and gold in their Weddings, and any babies born this year will be ‘snakes’ which can represent wealth and wisdom.
I love a good Lunar Year, but it’s hard ro read tea-leaves, when all you have is coffee!

Love fashion? Love weddings? You’ll love the exhibition coming to Glenelg’s Bay Discovery Centre this weekend, which is titled I Do, Stitches Through Time: A Bridal Fashion Retrospective.

The exhibition explores 100 years of bridal fashion, spanning from the late 1890s to the 1980s.

In the display is Patricia Mawson’s 1940s gown, made of French lace given to her mother Paquita in Paris some decades earlier.

The Bay Discovery Centre is open daily, 10am - 4pm with the exhibition running until Sunday 18 May 2025. Entry is by donation.

Aden & Phoebe’s Wedding flew by too fast at the rustic winery in the glam Clare Valley, South Australia. Well a few flies flew into our mouths let’s say! Haha! 🪰🪰🪰🪰🪰. 280klm round trip, but who’s counting with that very pretty countryside and vineyards! Bride Phoebe & maids were having MUA & hair done in the wine shed. Aden & groomsmen were already paint&siping!🎨🍹Congratulations Mr & Mrs Kerridge & their sweet children Liam and Spencer who are their greatest work so far ❤️❤️‼️ Thanks for choosing me as your Celebrant, all the way from Victoria.
