My name is Ellie & I am a group fitness instructor.
I Teach POUND, HIITSTEP & CIRCUIT.

FEEL GOOD. is ME!
It's my brand, It's all about the start, the wanting to feel better, finding who you are and what you like, encouraging you to make yourself a priority, to help you show up for yourself to ANY of my classes but outside of them as well. I want you to FIND YOUR STRONG.

The community i've created for ANYONE to be a part of is more than fitness classes that are FUN. It's classes built for confidence & strength, It's breakfast's where you can share a little or alot, it's popping into my DM's for advice to make you feel seen & heard.
My main goal is to get you moving & out of your head and remind you who you are!!!! Once you know this & find your confidence i hope then it ripples into every other part of your life.

If one thing happens from me taking all these risk to better my life, is that i hope i encourage just 1 of you to do the same.

You deserve to FEEL GOOD.

This week we begin our Christmas crafts. Yes, it's soon, but we only have a few weeks left of the year. Our final Playgroup at The Well session is our Christmas party on 4 December. That's 1 month away. See you on Wednesday :)

Life update…
I said goodbye to my corporate job 👋🏽 I now am fully focused on my FG. Brand & saying yes to more classes & opportunities. I currently teach 7 classes a week Circuit, Hiitstep & Pound at 4 different locations. I could not be happier with the choice I’ve made, as it is what I am passionate about & feel FULLY aligned with 🩷

I also have taken on some admin work for my hubby’s company as well & will start early November from our home 🏡 school drop offs & pick ups are all me again, along with after school sports ☺️

Here’s to new beginnings X
