A collaboration marked by history! It is an absolute privilege to collaborate with the Pakistani International students to share LOVE LETTERS FROM PAKISTAN and showcasing their 14 winning short films that secured each a Pakistan Government sponsored scholarship to the New York Film Academy, Gold Coast.
The screening event is an opportunity for the Gold Coast community to come together and learn about the journey of emerging Pakistani filmmakers. This event is called ‘ love letters from Pakistan’ as each short film is a letter from the unheard bits of Pakistan to the world through the art of filmmaking to YOU. The screening will be followed by a Q&A with the students and as an opportunity to have a dialogue with them.
This event is free to the public to be held at the newly completed Broadbeach Cultural Centre
March 12th 2023 from 3pm to 5.30pm.
Light refreshments will be served.
