What to look for in a face painter? Face painters should only use quality face painting products that are certified and tested for face painting. Never acrylic, watercolours or any other type of paint deemed non toxic is suitable for skin. Quality branded face paints have been tested safe for skin. Look for good brands like Fusion, TAG, XO, Global, Diamond FX, Wolfe FX, and a few others I don't have my hands on yet. Be aware of overly cheap products, not only are their colours not as vivid but they have not been through the testing that reputable face paint brands have. All of my face paint is purchased from reputable face painting suppliers and is safe for use on the skin! However allergies can occur so it always helps to let your painter know if there any suspected allergies and a patch test can be organised before your special event 💕
