Meet , elected as the Member for Surfers Paradise in 2004, a valued supporter of many & multiple causes in and around his electorate and Queensland.

@goldcoasteisteddfod (GCE) is a competition that provides a safe and inclusive platform for encouraging young performers to showcase their talent and creativity. It does this while fostering personal growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship. GCE strives to create a supportive and positive environment where participants can develop their skills and gain valuable experience through constructive feedback from experienced adjudicators. Their ultimate goal is to inspire and empower the next generation of performing artists. They have a huge variety of performances and events happening over the current months so follow them on Instagram @goldcoasteisteddfod to find out more.

Meet @swing_on_in! The fastest growing swing dance school on the Gold Coast and Northern NSW. They attract a wide demographic of people looking for a fun way to stay active and social through dance. Swing On In is run by husband and wife team Chrissy and Ray Keepence who have been swing dancing and teaching since 1996. Chrissy and Ray learnt their craft from some of the best swing dance masters in the world and now teach mostly on the Gold Coast. We are very lucky to have them performing at ‘The Magic of Music’ on 16th June, and can’t wait to see them dance!
