Getting ready for my mummy era 💕

With my second bub arriving late October, I’ve sadly had to turn away over 20 beautiful couples who had booked or have enquired in my new-baby-bubble zone 🍼

I’ve also had to step away from some biz, networking and learning opportunities that have been amazing but not well timed for this little season of my life.

And the FOMO is real, people! For this lifelong YES Girl, saying no to opportunities feels like self-betrayal 😂

Reminding myself regularly that the baby bubble after Nina was born was the most wonderful, precious and meaningful time of my whole life. I loved every minute. And I’ll be far more heartbroken if I miss it with Baby No. 2 🤍

I’m only taking limited bookings for 2026 so that I can continue to give my whole heart and full attention to my couples & their weddings, while also embracing this special time with my babies. Reach out to enquire if you have your eyes on me for your wedding 🫶

Did you know that to be legally married, the only vows you must say on your wedding day are your legal vows? The other vows you’ve heard at weddings are all optional 💌

Below is a breakdown of the 3 most popular types of vows in my ceremonies. Most of my couples opt for all three 🎤

1 ) the “I Do” vows

These vows give us that movie vibe 🎬 they can be modern, traditional, or for a bit of fun: we can even fully customise them to highlight all the things you love (and dislike 🤭) about each other - a guaranteed crowd pleaser!

2 ) the personal vows

Hands down, my favourite part of every ceremony. This is your opportunity to speak from the heart, exchange your promises and share everything you want to say to your biggest love on the best day of your life! 😍

It doesn’t matter when the last time was that you put pen to paper - your vows will be beautiful! ✨ I’m fully available to provide comprehensive guidance, support & editing for epic personal vows!

3 ) the legal vows

The only ones that are mandatory to be legally married on your wedding day. I usually team these up with your ring exchange to seal the deal 💍

Casey and Blake’s unconventional beginning to a lifelong love! 😁

These two lovers met in 2017, when Blake and Casey were both fresh out of high school and celebrating Schoolies.

Casey, a little bit tipsy and standing in line for the beach party, spotted Blake, who she thought was cute. Her friend dared her to give him a spontaneous smooch – then and there! And in true wild Schoolies fashion, she did!

Blake was stunned! And he knew right away he didn’t want to let this girl slip away!

These two are equal parts wild and wonderful! What an epic day celebrating their love 🔥

✨ Did You Know? The Signing Edition ✨

In Australia, there are only two legal requirements for your two witnesses to your marriage.

1) They must be at least 18 years old
2) They must be able to understand the ceremony

Other than this, we’re pretty flexible! I’ve had couples determine their witnesses using a raffle or trivia during the ceremony. I’ve seen them surprise two special people in their lives. And some couples opt for the more traditional MOH and Best Man signing.

Whoever you choose, and however you choose them, it’s ALWAYS a beautiful honour for your guests.

To witness their signing, Jess and Albert invited their lovely grandmothers, Mavis and Jane, to be their official witnesses to their marriage 😍

“Where do I start! Maria was an absolute pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to make our wedding so special. We had a few hick-ups preparing for the ceremony and she was super helpful and supportive of our situation.

Her step by step guides and forms made the whole process super easy to follow. She created our ceremony to make it unique to us, telling our story how we met and the group vows was a big hit!

She was also our MC and did a fantastic job making sure our guest felt welcomed, let everyone know the activities for the night and food ect. Everything was run so smooth with Maria’s help and me and my husband could relax and enjoy the night.

We had a vision of what we wanted for our ceremony so when it come to finding the right celebrant, we did alot of research before coming across Maria. We were wanting someone who was professional, giving a young, warm, fresh, fun and elegant vibe. Maria delivered in all aspects. For us, it was a no brainer that she was the perfect fit!

From word go, Maria’s professionalism and communication was outstanding. She answered all questions and queries we had which made us feel very supported. She took off all the stress and pressure and made things so much easier for me. Moving onto our script she wrote for us, she personalised our love story beautifully.

For me, it all comes down to what makes a marriage ceremony so special, so meaningful, and the best part of the best day of your life? ✨

Quite simply, I’m a believer, baby! I believe in the significance. I believe in the magic. I believe in marriage.

If you know me, you probably know I’m a family gal, through and through. I think a lifelong love is absolutely real. It’s certainly not effortless, though. It’s a choice you make. A promise you keep. A commitment. And it deserves to be celebrated.

Your wedding day is the first day of the rest of your life. The beginning of the greatest happiness life has to offer. The most meaningful work you’ll ever do.

My ceremonies are exceptional because they embrace the magic. They’re personalised, fun and never cheesy. They’re sentimental, romantic and a little bit cheeky.

And most of all, when I marry you, I mean it lovers! 💍
