On Friday, the Anna Rose room hosted an event from the team at local community group, I Love Robina. 💜 The Mind, Body and Soul event ultilised our spaces to great effect. The event comprised of on stage presentations, a sit-down lunch🍴🥗 and a mini-expo featuring selected businesses local to the Robina area 🛍️, plus there was an opportunity to grab a mid-afternoon drink at Green Fields Bar + Restaurant.🍹What a perfect way to end the week!

Easter is just a few days away. Elevate your Easter long weekend event decor with eggs dyed using all natural ingredients. 🐰🍃

Creating your colours:
🔵 Blue = 2 cups of blueberry juice or 1 and a half cups chopped red cabbage
🟣 Purple = 1 and a half cups chopped beetroot
🟡 Yellow = 3 tablespoons ground turmeric or cumin
🟠 Orange = 3 tablespoons chilli powder
🟢 Green = 3 tablespoons spirulina powder or 2 cups spinach leaves

Method:
1) Bring 2 cups of water to the boil and add the colouring of your choice.
2) Simmer for 30 minutes or longer if a deeper colour is desired.
3) Stir in 2 tablespoons of white vinegar and add pre-cooked hard-boiled eggs.
4) Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight until the eggs have reached the desired colour.
5) Drain and dry.

We are excited to be hosting a unique event alongside Wayne Holmes from the I Love Robina community Facebook group.

Andy Cullen had the job of disarming bombs in Afghanistan. Andy is highly awarded veteran of 17 years’ service in the Australian Army. Andy also suffered from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and established PTSD Resurrected inc to restore hope, healing and purpose to individuals and their families, suffering from PTSD.

Join Wayne as he shares an afternoon with Andy at this MENS ONLY event, which includes a delicious 2 course lunch with a drink. It promises to be poignant, inspiring and uplifting.
