Sometimes it's hard not to shed a tear when watching a bride and her party walk the aisle and this was one of those times. I worked with this lovely bride many years ago and cared for her two babies (now young ladies) in a child care setting. My job is not a job at times like this. Having children in your ceremony creates beautiful memories for everyone but you do have to keep in mind that things may not go to plan as we all know they can be unpredictable and you just never know what they may decide to do or not to do.

These two gorgeous little ones however played their roles perfectly and looked absolutely adorable ❤️

This was the first wedding I have solemnised at this absolutely stunning venue Fleays Wildlife Park. Having known the bride and groom for many years it was certainly special to be a part of their union. Congratulations Kim and Wera! I am so very happy for you.

This lovely couple requested a hybrid ceremony. Something more than just the legals and less than a full blown ceremony. They ended up with a very meaningful, intimate ceremony at the quaint St Margaret’s Chapel.

Rain on a wedding day is a beautiful reminder that life is unpredictable, but love conquers all.

Saturday I had the privilege of officiating a wedding at QT Gold Coast. We went to plan B (Indoors) due the the weather but nothing could dampen the spirits of the Bride & Groom.

A unique ceremony with the groom and groomsmen walking the aisle followed by the bridal party. Mother of the bride met her half way down the aisle escorting her to the alter.

There was a chair reserved for a deceased love one and a favourite song played in his honour.

The bride and groom symbolised their coming together as one with a beautiful Unity sand ceremony.

A beautiful beach wedding 💖. This ceremony was done by the bride and grooms pastors and I had the privilege of making it legal. The groom was escorted down the aisle by his mother before the stunning bride and half way through the ceremony we were treated with their little fur baby walking the aisle all dressed up for the occasion. I just love how how each and every wedding I do is is so different. Your wedding, your way 💞.

I love how unique each wedding is. There were so many beautiful moments in this wedding but some highlights were that Rachel chose to have both her mum and dad walk her down the aisle and Matt said some beautiful heartfelt vows to his three step sons that pulled on everyone's heartstrings and will forever impact those three little boys. Another beautiful family created.
