Happy Mother's Day to all the amazing mums out there! Today, we celebrate you and all that you do for your families.

I want to take a moment to acknowledge that not all motherhood experiences are the same. To those who have lost a child, struggled with fertility, or are unable to be with their children due to various circumstances, we see you and we honor your strength and resilience.

As a photographer, I have been honored to capture special moments between mothers and their children. I know how important it is to freeze these memories in time, and I'm so grateful for the opportunity to do so.

To all the mothers I've worked with, thank you for allowing me to be a part of your incredible journey. I hope these photos will serve as a reminder of the love and joy that surrounds you.

It felt appropriate to include some photos from a recent session with some beautiful mamas and their bubs whilst I was working with .balance & 🫶

Happy Mother's Day to every mother, stepmother, grandmother, aunt, and mother figure. You are appreciated and loved more than words can express.

Confetti!!

I personally LOVE confetti!! It makes for some really awesome genuine shots when the emotions are still really high and the energy is incredible!!

And confetti that is derived from natural sources like leaves & petals is good for the Earth too! (I'll be honest, I'm a bit of a stickler for protecting the planet over here 🙋‍♀️)

The day you've planned for months & months, and maybe even years, will pass you by in a flash!

It's so important to take 15 minutes for yourselves to soak it all in and to really get to appreciate each other alone for a moment, as a MARRIED COUPLE!!

Hannah and Jake had private champagne & cake cutting in their family orchard so they could really relish in the moment and enjoy each other.
