Hayley and Beau wanted to get married in nature but have a unique and fun reception venue. They had the best of both worlds, with the ceremony under a 150-year-old tree, while the reception was in a barber shop hidden in the middle of an industrial estate!

1. Let's Get Physical (or DIGITAL)

A vision board will help to bring your ideas to life.

2. Infuse Your PERSONA into the Creative Process

Make a night of it with your partner.

3. Know Your ‘THREE THINGS’

What are three words that describe you as a couple?

4. Personalise and CUSTOMISE

Take note of the colours that exist within your wardrobe already, any cultural elements you’d like to include, or whether you have specific sensory requests.

5. Collate What Appeals to You VISUALLY

Instead of being driven by or drawn to ‘wedding’ imagery, think more broadly with your vision board: holiday destinations, party dresses, ideal abodes, favourite flowers.

6. Add the Wedding ELEMENTS

Include swatches of fabric for your wedding gown or your bridesmaids’ dresses and invitations.

7. Create SPACE for Care

While we want your wedding day to be jaw-droppingly beautiful - and it will be it’s important to remember why your doing this in the first place: You found someone you love and they love you, and you're pledging your life to one another. That's a pretty special place to be.
