Our Wedding P.A is a boutique wedding planning service offering customized On The Day Coordination for DIY weddings from Ballina NSW to Brisbane QLD. Your personal coordinator has over 15 years experience coordinating and managing weddings and events. DIY Set Up packages from $350.00 www.ourweddingpa.com.au A LITTLE HELP P.A A package especially for the DIY bride who does not want to burden family and friends with tasks on the day. Whether its assistance with setting up your DIY catering/grazing station**, moving ceremony furniture, reception set up or running errands, your P.A is available to you for 4 hours on the day. $350.00 inclusive of 1 appointment prior and 4 hours on the day with 1 coordinator. Additional hours can be added. ON THE DAY P.A Allowing you to completely relax and enjoy your special celebrations, this package is especially for couples who have planned their wedding but want to ensure the day is executed to perfection. Inclusive of in person meeting, detailed schedule, supplier management, set up of couple’s DIY styling, guest movement and rehearsal. $900.00 including one planner, appointment prior, rehearsal and 10 hours on the day coordination. CEREMONY P.A Your dedicated P.A will set your DIY ceremony furniture, meet with Groom, Celebrant and Photographer and greet guests. When the Bride arrives your P.A will que music and seamlessly send the bridal party down the aisle. Post ceremony your P.A will hand out confetti (if allowed!), ensure you are looking perfect in photos and arrange bridal party refreshments**. Your P.A will then pack up once guests have left. **This is a service only package. Furniture, confetti, refreshments etc. can be arranged at an additional cost. Package is inclusive of 1 appointment prior and rehearsal where all final details will be discussed. $350.00 inclusive of one planner. PARTIAL PLANNING P.A When you just can’t see it coming together and need a little assistance with the final steps. Partial P.A manages all of the logistics and final details to ensure you can relax in the final months. Priced based on assistance needed. * Our Wedding P.A packages are available for weddings from Ballina N.S.W to Brisbane Q.L.D. No additional travel charges in these areas.
